JB New Zealand
Yaaay! Congratulations! You've found it, the official New Zealand JB-pedia.
Doesn't it just make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside??
Although we are rather small (comparatively), we certainly make up for it with our unprecedented enthusiasm, creativity, ability to get sidetracked..., oh, and our sense of humour and dedication to CISV!
With that said, we decided to leave you with a quote worthy of confucius:
"JB NZ is like wetting your pants; everyone can see it but only you can feel its warmth"

Our People Pages
Meet our friends from the Junior Branch, they are:
About New Zealand
New Zealand aka Aotearoa aka Land of the Long White Cloud - a CISV force to be reckoned with.
Firstly, a note of housekeeping, we would like to set the record straight. A common stereotype is that we sometimes love our sheep a little too much - this is in fact not the case. Although they do provide great companionship on those lonely nights (they are very snuggly) and are an excellent alternative to cars, the vicious rumor of our so-called "sheep-shagging" is simply not true ... at least for most of us.
We would also like to comment on our accent. We have sat back and taken the abuse for far too long now and must point out that we are the only remaining accent in all the lands that can actually pronounce the English language impeccably. We don't talk incorrectly, you listen incorrectly. We thought we would share some of our wisdom and try to teach you correct pronunciation. Lesson 1 - E's sound like e, NOT i. Lesson 2 - I's sound like i, NOT e. Lesson 3 - ter sounds like da. We hope this will clear up all future problems as long as you are dedicated to working on your obvious inadequacies.
Obviously you can tell we have been through a lot, so if you ever see a New Zealand CISVer, just give us a hug, and maybe a hi 5.
