This space was created by juniors at ARMM 2009 with the purpose of sharing activites and ideas for you JBs in an easy way.

Do you know who is the only person who has the power to make this work?

You might have guessed it... YOU!

This is a project from juniors for juniors.

Everytime your JB has an activity which simply rocks add it to this page. Share your creativity and awesomness with others around the world. Be part of the global movement.


How to add an activity to the database.

To make this as simple as posible, we have set up four easy steps for you:

  1. Add a link to the JB Activity Database . Remember, to do this just click on edit, and under the category(ies) where your activity falls under, write [ [ Name of the activity ] ].
  2. Click on the link you just created. A text like this will appear: There is no page titled ":Example". You can create this page. Click on Create this page.
  3. Copy this template, change the text and paste it on your Activity Page.
  4. Click Save Page.

You are done!

Now, if you are really really quiet you will hear JBs around the world clapping and screaming thank you!

CISV Peace Education Content Areas

These activities are specific to the four main content areas of Peace Education in CISV.

Diversity

Explores the identity of the individual and then asks us to consider ourselves within our own and the wider community.

Human Rights

Considers how human rights af fect ever y aspect of our lives and how violations can lie at the root of problems such as pover ty, violence and lawlessness.

Conflict and Resolution

Helps us to understand how conflicts can arise deliberately or other wise and what can be done to help bring a peaceful resolution.

Sustainable Development

Looks for integrated ways to promote economic and social well-being, while protecting the environment through the responsible use of natural resources.

IJB Theme 2009 - 2011

Working on an educational theme is both a personal learning experience and a great tool for the development of Junior Branch at any level.
