IJBC
IJBC stands for International Junior Branch Conference, which is held every year at the end of July and the beginning of August. This year IJBC 2012 will be in Paris, France – click the link to find our more.

What happens at IJBC?
IJBC normally lasts around 4 or 5 days and is a conference designed to build the attitudes, skills and knowledge of Junior Brach leaders from around the world to help them develop their own local JBs. The conference is the only time during the year where there is an attempt to bring Juniors from every country in CISV together, to share ideas experiences and to have training sessions together.
The exact agenda and focus of each IJBC is decided annually based on the needs of the JB World at the time. Who attends IJBC?
Anyone is welcome to attend IJBC, yes even (actually, especially) you. The conference is designed for the target group of active Junior Branch leaders. Many NJRs attend the conference, though there are also participants who do not hold official positions within their JB in attendance. Increasingly IJBC is being planned with a wider and more diverse participant group in mind, thus trainings and sessions are expanding in their diversity and many more parallel sessions are being held.
During IJBC, Pre-AIM is also occuring, this gives Juniors the special possibility of getting to meet and interact with CISV's International committees, as well as to participate in the trainings and experience sharing sessions at IJBC itself.

Who Plans IJBC?
Each year, IJBC is planned by the current IJRs and the IJR candidates for that year. The IJB Team members are also used to support planning and to help facilitate sessions during the conference itself.
