Constantly Developing
JB is working towards the JB goals and we are always trying to think of new and creative and better ways of acheiving these goals. That is what it means to be constantly developing.
Constant development is about thinking and envisioning, taking action and then evaluating everything we do in order to make our envisioning and action taking process better the next time. This is part of a cycle of development called Plan-Act-Reflect.
